Exceeds all expectations you might have!! Amazing home cooked food, very fresh with high quality ingredients. They vary their menu throughout the week so I must come back to try all the goodness they have to offer. Such a nice experience and the friendliest staff ever!

We don’t usually leave reviews. However we were so impressed by the amazing food and incredible service we thought we must. I had the pulled pork with potato salad and Mac n cheese and it was honestly the best bbq I’ve had outside of KC. We are delighted to have found this place as we will be returning soon.

I am a big KC bbq fan and this place is close when the bbq is fresh off the grill. The pork is always good the brisket is good but had some recently that seemed like it was warmed up 1 to many times. Good thing their sauce is awesome. Ive attached a photo of the menu. Seems hard to find the menu on the internet.

Not only do they have the best barbecue, but they offer specials. They have a good selection on their menu. Relaxing and very friendly. I got the chicken and noodles to go for the next days meal.

I love the owners and the food is great. I am not sure what happened, but the woman they got there now, is unwelcoming and cold. What happened to Rae? Rae was friendly, smile, made us feel welcomed, engaging and laugh. The woman they have up front representing the face of Boones Pickins is sad. I probably won't go back...the atmosphere is totally different and not for the better.

Awesome food every time we go! Bierrocks are to die for! Great meatloaf. It's all good folks; the real deal! Great atmosphere with reruns of The Andy Griffith Show!

The turkey and brisket were great; the corn pudding is a must try. Overall a very good BBQ joint! We will definitely be back soon.

Excellent hole in the wall barbecue! I’m surprised more people don’t know this place. The only other barbecue restaurant in Andover is Billy Sims, and this place beats it hands down in every category. The burnt ends are off the chart good! I’m not sure why anyone would complain about fatty barbecue. Isn’t that the whole point? The corn pudding is fantastic. The brisket is great, as are the ribs. They don’t fall off the bone like a lot of places. They’re moist but firm at the same time. Lemonade was also awesome, and homemade too. Owners are super friendly. This is a definite must.

Hands down my favorite restaurant of all time. The food is delicious, everyone working there is super nice. The corn pudding is a MUST TRY!

Food was absolutely amazing. Our family had the brisket, bierocks with cheese, Mac n cheese, potato wedges and cookies and cream , banana cream pies. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.. Friendly and Excellent service. Amazing.

My husband, Heath, and I live in Winfield and when we're craving BBQ, we drive straight here. Their burnt ends are to die for, the brisket and pulled pork is tender and juicy and their ham is just amazing. The ribs are pretty darn good as well. Can't forget about the sides and their jalapeño cornbread either. Cole slaw is perfectly seasoned along with the baked beans. The potato salad is just like my grandma used to make which gives this place another reason to feel like you're at home with family. The staff is delightful, friendly and make ya feel like you're family each time we come in. I can go on and on, but you have to come see and taste for yourself!

Delicious food and fast frindly service

I've been 3 times and tried something different each time. My favorite was the Phillie bierock! My mouth waters thinking about it. Each meal was great, friendly service a hidden gem!

This place has a great atmosphere. You must get the Burnt End dinner. It is so flavorful. The Hot BBQ sauce wasn't as spicy as I would like. The service was amazing. Friendly and fast.

Don't let the outside of the building fool you when you drive up once you see the inside very cool looking place. The staff is friendly and the food taste great and very reasonably priced so you can try various items.
